Postcard from North Korea

A friend of ours visited North Korea recently (yes, that's a rather unusual vacation destination) and sent us this postcard. I have no idea what it says. I hope this didn't put us on some watch list!

All I can grok is "Juche 90," which is of course the 90th year of Eternal President Kim Il Sung's Reign, which he continues from the afterlife, and which corresponds to 2001 on the pathetic imperialist calendar.
