Essence of Chicken

I was taking some photographs of my chickens the other day, and General Tso moved out of my focal plane just as I was taking the photograph. I saw it in my viewfinder and I immediately liked it - even though it was out of focus, the essence of the chicken, with the shadow and the red comb, was present.

Leaving together

I found this lovely like placeta in the gothic quarter while I was walking around. I couldn't find it on my map and I doubt I'd be able to find it again, but I was all alone except for this couple that left ahead of me.
