It is a bit rude, hans. I'd go so far as to
say that it is \very\ rude. I found a couple
of things like this, actually, though the
other one was less funny and more offensive,
unfortunately.
I think it has probably been there a while,
because it looked pretty caked onto the
wooden panel it was attached to and, as you
can see, it looks like bits are starting to
peel off.
I don't even think I bothered to find out
what exactly this was advertising. Some sort
of energy bar / drink, maybe.

It must be in an area where some people live
who don't want to be called loosers. I don't
know about the area but it looks pretty
antagonistic to me. And "crush"
might also not be the best word.

@Carsten: Well, it's not all that rough an
area, really (at least in my experience,
given that I don't live in the city where I
took this), but things like this certainly
suggest that life isn't great for everyone.
But what does one do with the winners?
