It is a bit rude, hans. I'd go so far as to say that it is \very\ rude. I found a couple of things like this, actually, though the other one was less funny and more offensive, unfortunately.

I think it has probably been there a while, because it looked pretty caked onto the wooden panel it was attached to and, as you can see, it looks like bits are starting to peel off.

I don't even think I bothered to find out what exactly this was advertising. Some sort of energy bar / drink, maybe.
