Sparks at the Finale

The finale for Cirque de Flambe's Late Summer Char-b-Q involves lighting a weird statue thing of a bull* that's filled with pyrotechnics, on fire, and running around with it. Yes, it's a bit of a crazy/weird show, but it's fun. Those in/around Seattle are encouraged to check it out. Two more nights for this run.

Rated PG for weird acts of fire.

Of random note: this is my 500th image upload to flickr. I figured something with a bit of pyrotechnics would fit the occasion. :-) (Note: you'll see my stream as having fewer images; there are some that are marked private, and others which are only visible to friends and/or family).

* I'm now told it's a bull (and not "some weird farm animal" as I'd previously said) -- I was probably told this at the show, too, I just missed it in my concern with camera adjustments. :-)
