fireworks1I tried using the traer.physics library in Processing to simulate fireworks. It's definitely not as clean as I might hope for, but I figure it's at least evocative of the intended subject matter, so I thought I'd upload it for purposes of getting feedback, sharing *something* creative that's not just a sketch, etc.

Recovering...
Still feeling a little fried. Yesterday was pretty f'in' bad. Last few weeks have been tough, really. I have reason(s) to believe that probably my body does not react well to L-Tryptophan, or the presumed resulting increase in Seratonin that would have been created in my bloodstream. Last night, I took half as much (500mg) as I've been taking (1000mg). I don't anticipate taking any more, probably ever (unless perhaps someone were to want to include me in a study someday, which might help others avoid this and related reactions to, e.g., SSRI meds — which I have a history of a poor reaction to — in which case, sign me up). Certainly not tonight. Hopefully, this will take me back to just my normal levels of depression, anxiety, etc. :-P
