sampler
experimenting with loose weave unbleached muslin whole cloth quilt.
Two layers of muslin sewn in a gridded panel. details of cut-work, fraying and quilting on each panel are different. patches are sewn on and allowed to fray (washing and manually). sometimes the under-layer is cut differently than the top layer. held to the light reveals shadows that are not visible on the top layer without back-lighting.
