with Ginger Caramel Swirl
I think I could've cooked the caramel for a little longer. I am always burning caramel so I erred on the side of too much caution this time. The caramel flavor could be deeper and stronger.
UPDATE: I made a second batch and had the caramel deepen in color before adding the cream etc. The result was super delicious. Better than the first batch! I proclaim Ginger Caramel one of my favorite ice cream flavors!
