i love this hydration belt. it doesn't bounce and it's super comfortable on my long runs. the only problem is that when my bottles are empty, they pop out when i'm running.

i used two grey goody stayput thin no slide headbands for the elastic.

i slipped the headband elastic through the existing hydration belt elastic. it's funny because the additional bulk of that elastic going through the loops actually holds the bottle in place.

i'm planning on leaving the elastic down as long as the bottles have liquid and as i empty them, i'll move the elastic up in place.
