or literally tin can - drill/pierce hole in one side - load film - light sensitive paper in the other (in complete darkness - or a dark bag) expose by taking off the tape over the hole - leave off - (will have to experiment with exposure because each can will vary with each hole etc) and then process film/paper

i think thats where i found it last but havent save the link - i might have it in my polaroid book - from what i remember it involves putting it in a cup of cooling boiling water and rubbing off the emulsion - when its off transfer whilst it is still developing....

sorry i'm being vague i only did it once or twice with the holgaroid and wasn't impressed - think i just used plain white paper u see - the best paper to use is that coarse japenese almost scrap book sugar paper stuff from muji - costs about a pound for a sheet - then decorate with some nice indian ink swishes :)
