John Schrank said that the assassinated William McKinley appeared to him in his dream, sitting up in his coffin, and pointed to Theodore Roosevelt as the man who had murdered him, and directed Schrank to avenge his death.

I've been reading X-rays for 30 years and I have to say this image has been retouched big-time--e.g., ribs drawn in and the bullet outlined.
