Unless there was another Senta Osoling in Los Angeles in the 1940s, this young woman went on to co-author a scientific paper:

Alfred Deutsch and Senta Osoling, "Conductimetric and Potentiometric Studies of the Stoichiometry and Equilibria of Boric Acid-Mannitol Complexes," Journal of the American Chemical Society 71(5)( May 1949): 1637-1940.

Alfred Deutsch was in the Chemistry Department at UCLA when the paper was published. Osoling was given no affiliation.
