Millard and Bulsterbaum, the artists responsible for this banner, were based in Coney Island. They painted for many shows and were considered top of the line talent.

man, all the notes left on this photo are dumb. why do people gravitate to these library of congress photos and make the images messes of boxes and idiotic spur of the moment comments? Some of the people dont even have active accounts, its like they sign up just to say something stupid and cover up a photo and then delete their accounts. Enough already, just leave a comment!
