Elephants - huge vs. small

Such a huge animal... I felt so small.
On the other hand i also thought it's kind of funny that such a huge animal has such small eyes.

This is a close-up at only 3 meters distance. At first it felt kind of strange to get so close to an elephant, but after a minute we became more comfortable and even got a kiss from Miss Phant ;-)

Childhood memories

For as long as i can remember we have had one of this at home. My mum got it as christmas present from my grandma about 30 years ago. To continu the tradition my mum found me one as this years present. I love it!

The lake of Phayao was such a surrealistic wonderfull setting.

We were having big fun

Once we'd picked up our rental car and hit the road we came along a set of 10 amazing waterfalls at the Chiang Dao Naterupark where we took a lot of evenso amazing pictures and swam for a bit with some local Thai.

Something different

Bangkoks trainstation gives a beautiful sight on all different kind of people. This gave us the chance to take some special pictures, this is just an example of it.

Becaus everybody's so kind, spontanious and friendly they don't bother being in a picture and they will even pose and/or wait for a moment just so you can take a picture.
