      snow like this comes w/ 28-34 , was a nice warm day w/ sunshine!!!!
      my mailman, betwn me and Kelly girl, got a couple inches only.

      we got a lot, up to 9 ", still here today and much coldr 24 hi
      brrrrrrrr
      i will take a sunny day, any day over grey

      back in the seventies, i met the old lady, and it is possible that yes at one time a grand single family manner, however so many homes east side of Division street, so many large residences also housed students in the house (maybe in the attics) and served as boarding houses. for the most part , i think that
      the rowdies are not allowed to rent in this house....

      it was a great photo event for the new year, so many photos so many treks out in the cold, and then i heard about the condo proposals here.....I've really now fallen into another deep drift, yikes
