New minifigs are the front row. Left to right: Killer Shark, Catman, Scandal, and Ragdoll. Back row is: Mad Hatter, Cheshire, Deadshot, and Bane. Back row has been featured before (although their decals have all been redone), save Bane which is the stock Lego figure.
These characters have all been part of the Secret Six comic penned by Gail Simone, which has been one of my favorite comics recently. Unfortunately it was announced that the series is about to be ended due to the pending DC Universe reboot. Sniff. (Also, tentative boo on the universe reboot, if only because I have no idea how many minifigs it obsoletes out of my collection.) I'd started Catman and Scandal late last year and thought with the pending cancellation I might as well finish out the group, even if I had to cut corners (i.e. Catman's cowl and Ragdoll's hair).

I think that's a dark orange torso, which means it was either www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=973px187c01 or www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=973px185c01
