My last upload on Flickr was in May'09.
Since then I've been lingering here everyday, feasting my eyes and senses on the beauty that people capture through camera.

Now that I've got my own, I hope I will be able to learn, contribute, capture and preserve beauty that lasts forever.

I notice the grain and the bad frame and a thousand other flaws...but i won't change one thing about the picture for it captures my perfect moment. Clicked from a phone camera. I was looking for words that would go with this picture...finally found them :)

All i need to do today is feel a little happy.

Okay this picture needs a little background. I have been on flickr for almost an year now and over this time i have realized very few people can actually click a good picture. Yet they can create beautiful images with photoshop and GIMP and blah blah. I am technologically challenged. period. All this technology scares me, so much so that i never ever tried any photo editing beyond picasa.
But this is my first photoshopped image. I know it's horrendous...and under normal circumstances I would never have uploaded it. But have done so to remember and mark where i started from. I have lots to learn, finally after much friction i have made a start at least :) hopefully the images that come after this will be better.
