The brass ring is not on the carousel, it's
mounted or hung on something beside it (dunno
which, to lazy to wiki). You have to lean
over and reach way out while riding your
horsie in order to try to grab it.
So...probably not something they have any
more, but big back in the days when breaking
your arm was just part of the fun.
