I suppose there are a million pictures of the Lake District National Park but each photographer will add their own view and emotions to their images. Buttermere is one of my favourite places if only for the circular walk around. Haystacks in the centre of the image is the big tourist climb, but others more severe lay after that. Like the colours and the serenity of this shot but missed a big opportunity to get the composition right, and dont like the big mountain being in the centre.. would have preferred it to be off to one side.. still like what the pic means to me though..
