ArômaOne of our best lunch when we are in the wilderness: In a large iron skillet you add butter, lot of sliced spanish onions, green peppers, thick slices of salami or bologna and fry on an campfire .... serve over a ciabatta bread with a lot of mustard!! we call it: Cabonga Special Once a year..no more..:-))) and never at home.... taste is very good only when VERY hungry and some smoke in your eyes! I know it is not gastronomie....neither healthy.... but I also know this is ...comfort food..:-)))) Bon Apétit! C'est toujours le même qui fait les repas ! @ +
