We cannot ban mobile phones in a public space, but we can ask students to use common sense and be considerate... shame is a powerful motivator.

The image can, in my view, illustrate at the same time speaking abroad and the danger of electromagnetic field on human health. That's why I used it in my team's blog www.ep-webeditors.eu/2009/05/what-do-mobile-phone-prices-... Thanks for sharing it.
