Brigadeiro* (de colher)

*"Brigadeiro” is a delicious brazilian bonbon that is made with only three ingredients and tastes like an amazing, melt-in-your-mouth truffle. The recipe for brigadeiro only calls for chocolate powder, butter and sweetened condensed milk. The balls can be rolled and covered in a variety of things including sprinkles, coconut, chocolate powder, chopped nuts, powdered sugar, etc... is a typical Brazilian sweet, which is served at every Brazilian birthday party. People love “brigadeiro”. It's simple, tasty and uses Brazil's favourite sweet ingredient: sweetened condensed milk.

Complaining

Summer 2011
Earlier today when I woke up I heard a strident sound... I found 2 "saíras-sete-cores" (Tangara seledon) complainig with one small "cambacica" (Coereba flaveola). I don't know what happened because normally the second attack the first, perhaps a rematch............ :-)
But anyway it was a lovely visit !
I would like to photograph the three together but they are so fast and skittish...
