Ho Toy Noodle Co., Inc.

This was my very first "yes" from someone I asked to shoot on the street. But I was so excited, I forgot to get his name!! I know he was the owner of the "Ho Toy Noodle Co., Inc." and just had his business greeted by the lions (two previous shots I posted). I asked him about the blessing, then asked for his portrait. I took the shot right where he stood, by the door to his shop. The lighting was all natural from above.

Great portrait Ray! Way to go in getting your first portrait from a stranger haha. That must have felt strange!

Are you up for a challenge Ray? How about we do a 100 strangers project. We can do it on a set time, let's say within a year or not set a time at all and just do it on our own pace. What do you think?

I really enjoy the soft cool skin tones you've achieved here. Do you use a grey-card when white balancing or do you have a calibrated screen?

Thank you. I used to carry a gray-card, but would never remember to use it. I shoot RAW, then set the WB in Photoshop. And yes, I have a calibrated screen.
