abstract visualization for esquire.ru
size of bubbles represent numbers.

We'll have a single page feature in our
september issue it's based on different
statistic data on Russian Federation.
Sounds like: per one day: 1250 cases of
cancer are being discovered, one
machine-building plant is closed, 1500
tax evasion companies are created, 88
men die of tuberculosis, 7 teens commit
suicide... etc. So, what do we ask for?
We would like you to compose some sort
of diagram, graph, call it what you
wish.
We want the numbers we'll give you to
become the value of all the parameters
in the script. And the object we finally
get to become the abstract statistic
visualization (or diagram,
graph...etc.). The final graph has got
to be linked visually (it should be
obvious) with the digits we give you. I
mean, every digit has got to be marked
with the unique color or the bigger the
number the bigger square it takes....
that link depends on what kind of
process you take.
Here is the list of numbers:
3 / 2 / 300 / 1 / 1500 / 1 / 1250 / 88
/ 700 /120 / 1200 / 7 / 5000 / 50 / 1 /
36000 / 40 / 15 / 2 / 135 / 200 / 300 /
555 / 39 / 36 / 163 / 24 / 8 / 100 / 600
/ 70 / 1 / 10000 / 1000000000
