Pause

Thought of posting this image when I saw the photo of Inkblots

a few weeks ago I received an SMS and I want to share this.

Practice the PAUSE:
when in doubt, pause.
when angry, pause.
when tired, pause.
when stressed, pause.

Coz by pausing we
Breathe deeper..
Clear the mind..
Take a view from a different perspective..
Smile.
Contemplate.

Even your heart needs rest.
