Original English version of the poster—please translate into another language!

This poster says "A Dozen Signs of Breast Cancer" but the translated one should say "What does breast cancer look like?" My goal is to translate this into as many languages as possible. Click on the poster to see at full-size to understand the symptoms that are being shown. Please leave a comment below for your suggested translation. Keep in mind that the tone of voice is one friend to another. I will redesign the poster and upload it to the set again for the final tweaks. Thanks!

German version of the poster that needs to be verified

German version of the poster that needs to be verified

Please compare this poster to the English one after this poster. Is the German translation close to the English version? Is there anything you think could be said better? Keep in mind it needs to be as brief as possible in describing the symptoms.

Please leave your suggestions for improvement below in the comments so others can see your ideas and build on them. You can also click on the image by the word and type in a new word (use Actions > add a note, to do this). Here is an example:

"Bump" should really be [insert German word here] because of [insert reason here].
