Have you discovered www.dickblick.com for pens? Best prices on Tombos. Plus I found a set of markers called "global colors" for a variety of skin tones as I try not to have all my people be white!!

Not that Tombo's brush pens aren't great, but your colors come out substantially darker that they need to onscreen as video, IMHO.
    Maybe it's the crappy paper.

I used to be a certified art supply snob, and to some degree I still am, but one day someone foisted upon me a supply of plain ol' Crayola markers, and I have never gone back! Crayola folks fall all over themselves producing an unbelievable array of color palettes and shades for every need at a fraction of the price per pack, and they last damn near forever. I have even drawn on cars with their some of their markers, had it last three days, and easily wiped them off. Go to a Walmart, Walgreens, or Hobby Lobby and take a test run.

P.S. I DON'T work there! I just have to draw and color in really fast!
