Yesterday's shot of breakfast was before we brought the jams out. This one is a new invention. I was trying to make more then a few jars from the rose petals I collected at work so I added rhubarb syrup and some white wine. It has a very soft set- just the way I like it. Everyone who has tried it so far has liked it. Even my super picky step-daughter. ;-) It tastes more like roses than rhubarb but I think the rhubarb and wine make it a bit less flowery which is nice.
