Moments before they became wild berry muffins.Left to right: service berries (otherwise known as Saskatoon berries, who knew?), black raspberries and mulberries. I grew up on Mulberry Street and yet have never seen this lovely lavender variety. I'm contemplating going down in the early morning and laying sheets down and shaking the tree to get more of these beauties. There are SO MANY and they are going to waste falling in the street.
