the other night my husband was able to get some shots of the northern lights. he is getting pretty good at this....and with a point and shoot no less.

{an arctic walk}

another shot for the class. it is an old one from the caribou migration. i thought it would be a great one to use with this texture.

frozen stranger

I do not normally take pictures of strangers because I can be a little cowardly about it. But when you point a camera at someone and they smile it makes it all worth it.

It says a lot about a girl to be walking home in -40* temps and still having it in her to smile. =]
