Reflector clamped onto the light stand using a Manfrotto heavy-duty clamp

- the bulldog clips were held on by drilling a small hole in each PVC elbow and inserting a long screw and nut through it.

- A "T" shape PVC piece was used for the flash mount cold-shoe. Long 1/4" screw and a washer to hold the flash mount tight

- foamboards / coroplast can be found in most office supplies and arts & crafts

Note:

Usefulness? Nay, I give it 2 out of 5 stars. An umbrella would be easier to setup. This was thrown together with random unused PVC pipes. If I glued all the joints and made a steady hand-grip for it, it may have a chance for more usefulness. Carry it around with one hand on the grip lifted over head and the other with the camera.
