As far as the originals i don't have them. They take up a lot of space so i delete them once i make the hdr file. I'm new to HDR as well so i don't really have a good answer on how i did it besides playing around with it in photoshop. I used the auto exposure bracket on my camera and set it to take three shots -2, 0, +2. to get the grain look i had my camera set at 1600 iso. That however was not on purpose. I wasn't aware how much HDR pulls grain out of a photo. I also held the camera because my tripod doesn't go that low so that might have added to the effect.
