Lego minifig Halloween costume construction #3My head. My head is about 10" tall, and the foam sheets are 2" thick, so this shows 5 sheets for the height of my head, plus an extra one at the bottom and an extra one at the top. This leads to a height of 14" (not including the top stud, which is just another slice of foam). Worked out other measurements based on 14" height, and measurements taken from minifig mugshot. 219 pixels = 14 inches (see top-right note) so 1 inch = ~15.6 inches. Diameter works out to be 16.4". The to and bottom rounded areas are 2.6 to 2.9" tall.  See my Lego minifig costume how-to for more info on this photo.
