Tasty Tofu

I put this in sushi (maki) tonight. mmmmmmm.

This is Taifun Smoked tofu, and it's really nice. It's firm so doesn't feel as strange as the packed soft tofu, and is far easier to cook with. Smells and tastes quite unlike anything I've eaten before, and Ewan and I practically drool over the stuff. You can eat it raw or cook it, it takes a marinade nicely and I want some again now.
