    The main gate to Gyeongbokgung in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

    Constructed in 1394, it is the largest of the palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty.

      I always have mixed feelings about the Explore pages. I generally
      disregard Explore because very few of my photos make their way up. ...then, every once in a while one makes it up there and I get all interested in Explore.

      Consdier this shot. This photo is not particularly one of my best, but it somehow has achieved over 23,000 views, over 30 faves, and has been collated into 19 galleries. It has never ever made it into Explore, despite being one of my 5 most interesting pictures of all time (as measured by Flickr). Go figure.
