Yes, they both have it. So were the signs facing each other? That is, is the woman looking in the direction of the man and vice versa? It seems like that may be the case.

No. The doors face each other, with maybe 1.5m between them. Each door has a single toilet cubicle behind it, remarkably enough of the same, sit-down type.

But it may well be that the company who made the signs had in mind doors side-by-side, with the man and the woman facing each other.
