We went exploring city caves Friday on our "long lunch". The cave are limestone, and now there are some businesses in there. The limestone mined from here helped build many houses in the Kansas City area. Now the "hollowed" out space left is used for underground storage and there are quite a few different businesses there, like, underground vault companies, a trucking company and there was some kind of ink company. My next time there, I will have to take photos of the business fronts as well as the entrances. This was the "cleaner" of the roads to exit on. We were on the very last paved road in the caves, about a half mile from the entrance.

I'd love something like this under me.
You've got the exposure spot on - leaving enough in darkness to feel the oppression of the shadows

Thanks for the comments...I was hoping for that oppressive feel.
