After screws have been removed, pull the lower panel free. You do not have to completely remove it. Just enough to gain access to the linkage.

Use a Philips screwdriver to remove 3 screws to loosen the door assembly.

Then pull the linkage bar free of the door lever. Linkage now disconnected and ready to remove door.
