Shot this in July this year for a DPC challenge. The jumping girl is Heiður Hallfreðsdóttir, first time I photograph her for a good while, before this I hadn´t actually taken her picture in over two years. She is a dancer so I thought she´d be perfect for this photoshoot wich the idea was basically just get a trampoline hidden in the grass and have her bounce and do poses in the air. I added the baloons last minute as I have seen shot´s done with baloons from DPC so that bit is "stolen" and I thought they would be a good way to hide the face as well since the challenge was "Extreme emotion: Faceless". Then she jumped probably about a 100 times, she was a REAL good sport and we had a lot of fun, tried a couple of backrounds and I liked this one the best.

Took this in the evening and only used ambient light for the shot. Borrowed a trampoline from work (thanx EXPO) and it´s hidden in the grass below Heiður, hence her jumping so high although this girl is very athletic, I tried jumping like that and only got about 10cm up in the air and almost broke my neck, guess I am getting old and fat, hehehe.

Ef ég sæi Canon EOS 5D með Canon 85mm f1.2L linsu á þrífæti útí guðsgrænni náttúrunni og ef einhver svona flott stelpa væri að hoppa með blöðrur á földu trambúlíni fyrir framan vélina þá gæti ég kannski tekið svona mynd :) Þegar ég spái í þetta þá er engin furða að ég eigi ekki svona myndir í albúminu mínu :) Virkilega flott mynd og alltaf jafn gaman að lesa um myndirnar þínar.
