This "great satan" thing is an Iranian / Middle eastern term, why use it here? Please do your homework carefully, and understand that these Pakistani people who had not much to start with before the catastrophe are friends of the U.S. and are ever grateful for it's help.
Your titeles and tags only serve to add insult to this friendship and gratitude that Pakistan feels for America.
P.S. America just doesn't arrive all on it's own to help people in need. It offers help to the government and when it is accepted, then comes the help. IF Pakistan felt the same way about the U.S. as Iran, it would not have accepted the help. Remember the great Bam earthquake in Iran in Dec 2003? U.S. offered but Iran refused the help. So, no. Your tags and tilte are out of context.
