Roasted artichokes

[EN] Heat oven. Hit top of artichokes against the table, that will open the leaves. Cut stems and place in oven tray. Add salt and olive oil at the center of every artichoke.

 

[ES] Poner el horno a calentar. Golpear la parte superior contra la mesa para abrir las hojas. Cortar el culo de la alcachofa. Depositar en una bandeja para el horno. Añadir sal y un buen chorro de aceite de oliva.
