      Haha! I found your site!! I saw your news in the newspaper(Taiwan) today and I felt that the screen on the picture is setting at 'flickr'. Then I found it!!! What a great story!! So, now you own a house? or you already changed another stuff??

      What's to stop the IRS from demanding 30% of the house's value, since it was income? Bartering does not make you exempt; the IRS has shut down barter clubs in the past for nonpayment. Aren't you a little worried? There's no such thing as a free lunch.
