My sweet girl!

Paige went through a major 3 month growth spurt a few weeks ago. All of a sudden she went from a wobbly newborn to ZOMG head control, sitting up baby. Her new favorite things are to grab every toy in sight and chomp on them.

The Wheels on the Bus is quite entertaining.

Dear Sweet P,
We are finally free from the dreaded "4th trimester"! The first three months with you were not easy but I think we've finally rounded the corner and things are only going to get easier from here. You are now able to entertain yourself for a good five minutes or so. Your favorite thing to do is sit up, laying down is for babies apparently, and you love grabbing your toys with your fists and eat them. You've changed so much in just a week being so much more aware of your surroundings and toys.

I'm back to work now and you've survived your few days a week at daycare. In fact, I think you like your days at daycare more than you like your days with me, dad or nana. I think we bore you! There is so much to see at daycare and so many kiddos to entertain you. Your evenings after daycare are some of your best ones, you're so happy!

You are still not talking much, really only talking when you're mad, but you do manage to squeal when you see us first thing in the morning. It's my favorite time of the day. I love how happy you are when you wake up. Speaking of sleep, we transitioned you into your crib this week. So far you've done great. Dad and I miss having you in our room, I loved being able to peek at you and hear you breathing while you were asleep but you were also blocking my closet, making it a little difficult to get ready for work. Don't worry though, we have a video monitor and I keep the screen on all night so I can still peek at you whenever I want.

We love you so much and can't wait to see what lies ahead as you emerge from being a newborn and start developing your own personality.

Paige's new favorite thing to do is sit in her walker (feet not even close to touching the ground) and stare at either her toys or Yo Gabba Gabba. Yep, we use the TV to entertain her and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Paige is starting to get an old man bald spot on her head. I think it's the cutest thing and I'm known to rub this spot because it's so soft.
