    I saw the punch on TV and that guy deserved it! It was where the crowd was thick, and the guy insists on running next to the riders after his friend tripped and just about took out the peloton. If you want to run next to the riders, do it farther down the hill before it is a point where you could cause an accident. I guess next year they need barriers on near the top of the climbs like the Tour de France.

    If you remember, this guy was running fast up the hill and knocked over another guy flat hard on his ass. Rogers came up to remind this guy to behave better.

    Thanks for the back story on why Rogers punched him. I wonder what happens to the fan if they do take out the peleton (aside from getting run over by a dozen or more bikes)? I.e. does he get charged with something by the cops?
