Had bean to Daroji Sloth Bear Sanctuary where I saw so many bears ... shooting birds was the activity I loved here.

Back from my 48 days backpacking trip in North and North-East India. Have few fair shots. In India, monkeys-langurs run free. They are notorious but still people tolerate! They are in the wild, they in temples, they are in monuments ... sometimes silent, sometimes annoying, sometimes scary ... but they are there ... This monkey was looking for shade, running from Sun!

After a long time ... a waterfalls pic. But, not the usual long exposure. Because I did not carry my usual camera and the tripod. Still it is beautiful.

Emu, believed to be the second largest of the flightless birds. Native of Australia but, bred as livestock everywhere. It gave me hard time to get decent picture because it was thinking I was feeding it my camera. It was trying to peck on my camera lens. Very curious like a child. Yeah, it was one (chick)!

Felt bad to see them under the hot sun in a confinement.
