Project 365: January 22

As I'm terribly proud of my hometown and especially the cheese farm that's just two houses down from my parents' place, I can often be found taking cheese with me to hand out to people so that they, too, may have a taste of cheese from the one and only farm to ever win the National Cheese Award twice.

The cheese pictured is a 1,5-year old kind, very rich in flavor but not too strong, not too sharp, perfect creaminess and aftertaste... it is my all-time favorite.
