The story of the famous trifle - originally inspired from Rachel from "friends"' trifle, except excluding her special ingredients of onion, peas and beef. Then Cal Henderson stumbled across it while looking for a photo for his book, "Building Scalable websites" and he claimed it was the only decent picture of a trifle on flickr at the time. see below.
