      I did one like that of my wife:

      For mine it was 20" @f/22 ISO 100. A dim halogen lamp in the corner was the only ambient. Three flashes behind the chair. She sat for seven seconds before moving to give the transparency.

      Thanks. Exposure was set to 4sec, aperture at f/8 and ISO 100. Flash was set to fire on first curtain, so I jumped on the chair when flash fired then walked away from the frame.
