3/17/12 Spring Panzanella
Today was so intensely glorious. Eric and I got a ton of stuff done, and then I headed to the gym while he got started on dinner. There are few pleasures greater than getting a good workout and then coming home to a bubble bath, a New Yorker, and a wonderful husband and delicious dinner. I am so grateful for him! This panzanella stars asparagus and white beans, but the pickled onions stole my heart. Also, we used the rest of the white and wheat loaves I baked last week for the bread. Perfection!
