New Orleans - Hurricane Katrina Damage

Chris, Dave and I spent an afternoon in the Lakeview District in New Orleans which was a middle to upper class neighborhood sitting next to the 17th Street Canal. The neighborhood was desimated by Hurricane Katrina and eight months later - only a handful of residents had returned to the area.
