This photo was also taken on the last day of shooting - on the other side of the island from Claire's shot, just a few photos ahead of this one on my photostream. Believe it or not, this was the CALM side. We were hoping to get a few shots with the water a little less prominent in the shot (and we did - those photos will be posted in the next few days) but after a while of waves crashing in, we decided to just go with the flow (pun intended) and shoot what we can.

Alissa is a model from New Hampshire that I worked with back in November before leaving for Cabo. This girl is a sweetheart who made the trip all the way up to Toronto with her mom to shoot with myself and another photographer friend of mine who I'd hooked her up with (Vasko, I know you're reading this buddy - still waiting to see YOUR shots!)
We did a really sexy 'winter' themed shoot with a toque and scarf (a few of which I've posted here already) and this was one of our second looks, an implied nude up on the bed. This girl has some crazy curves and a gorgeous face - a deadly combination in front of the camera. I was honoured that she made the trip up to the great white north! Hopefully we'll see her back soon.

Los Cabos, Mexico - Paul Buceta's 2009 Annual Pool Party
This photo was taken on the last day of shooting, on Lovers Beach - a 10 minute boat ride from our resort in Los Cabos. A whole bunch of models and photographers made the trek over to get some last minute photo shoots completed. The best part of this photo is actually what happened about 20 seconds earlier. Laying on the beach, an unexpected wave had come up and totally engulfed Claire - I caught it all on camera as well (may post the sequence later). Thus her wet hair and glistening look. She was a trooper - she got up right away, slicked her hair back and kept posing as if nothing had happened.
